New staff sucks. I called Wednesday and asked what my pay off was. The guy told me they would run my card for the pay off. I called today to asked why it wasn’t done and was told no one set it up. Then she rushed to get off the phone. I call back because I absolutely love the store manager and she still wasn’t back. This other lady takes 20 years to pick up the phone then hangs up on me! WTH

Great people who will work with you!

Customer service isn't the best. Staff seems forgetful, they find every excuse to not turn around their poor work. Appliances get scratched or signed when they bring them to you and they don't fix that issue..
