Dunkin'

Britni (the Harry Potter looking girl) made the best raspberry coffee and had such a pleasant attitude. She was quick to take my order and got everything out quickly and accurately. Not only was she excellent at her job, she's humble too! She also seems to be a good leader and should be rewarded for her fantastic work.

Ordered at the drive thru. Person taking the order was pushy and tried to up-sell us multiple times, rude. The food was fine and coffee was good. Employee at the window was nice. Will return but some customer service training is needed.

Cute little coffee/ donut shop. I wish they had their pastries labeled better but overall the food and drinks were good and it seemed like a well-kept and clean environment.

*Updated review* I enjoyed the cappuccino, so too did I enjoy the excellent and patient service from the staff there. An excellent addition to the east side of Bloomington. From the perspective of my first visit of course.nnFrom the second however, I realized they charge a dollar for water. Such a thing is, in my opinion, reprehensible. I noticed this time around that the crew seemed rather haggard, and the food was rushed out improperly prepared.nnThis is unfortunate, I'd love to see better from this franchised location. They've got all they need to grow into a wonderful coffee shop, it's up to them to show care and pride in that.

Went to Dunkin after a long week to treat myself and I spilled my entire coffee before I could even take one sip. Staff was SO nice it kind of shocked me. I didn't catch the girls full name, but I think it started with a J. Maybe Jessi? Thank you to whoever you are for remaking my coffee and thank you to the nice guy who helped clean up the mess. I appreciate it! Always making me want to come back :)
