I ordered a mattress from Bernie and Phyll’s Furniture. They apparently use Prime Home Delivery. I received a call from Prime to let me know they were on the way (right on schedule) and the mover, Anthony, was courteous and professional. He was respectful regarding safety concerns about COVID and just put the mattress where I requested outside but in a safe/dry spot. I then got a picture/email confirming delivery. Pleased all around and Prime Home Delivery is better than Bernie and Phyll’s own delivery of years past. Highly recommend!

So we used Prime to move... moved from Easton to Attleboro. He came out the same day I called him and we had a price almost immediately (which was more than competitive and very fair). We agreed with a handshake and it was done. I actually scheduled the date with him and then the Friday before the move I had a work emergency and we needed to move the date. Prime was great and all he said was.. “we’ll get it done”. And did he... he absolutely did. His workers are hard workers and they don’t stop. No complaining, they were very careful with our belongings, they wrapped pictures and bedding, and they even disassembled my daughters Ikea bed and reassembled when we got to our new house! They were really good, professional, and they put each box & item in the room it belongs so we’re extremely happy with our choice!nnI will say one thing (maybe constructive, lol). It is a little hard getting in touch with Prime on the phone (ud83dude01). And at first it did worry us... I had never used them before and we have all heard the moving company horror stories. So I was a tad worried in the beginning but after how today went and how well the process went... it was all for nothing. He’s a busy guy and I’m sure he makes his calls at the end of the day. From start to finish it was an A+ and 5 stars kind of experience.nnI highly recommend this company. I’m not affiliated with this company for any reason and I’m just a normal guy and we have a normal family. I wasn’t paid for this review and this review is 100% authentic. Primes guys just left my house an hour ago...Give these guys a chance you will not be disappointed!

Just received delivery of my Saatva mattress. The guys arrived promptly and were very friendly and professional. They were in and out very quickly and took away my old mattress. Highly recommend.

The team were polite & efficient. They picked up washing machine, dryer and pedestals in Easton MA and delivered to my son in NH at a time that worked for him. Great service

Prime and his team were unbelievable. After a horrific morning, with a moving company canceling day of, Prime came to the rescue. The team worked fast, safe, and together. They took amazing care of our stuff and got the job done. Thanks in large part to the Prime Home Delivery team we are in our new home tonight and couldn’t be more thankful!
