Simply Crystal Electrolysis Hair and Skin Care

I don't know how I am just getting around to writing a google review because Crystal literally changed my life and I owe her so much! I saw another reviewer here say that she left her initial appointment feeling unhappy with how Crystal addressed her hair growth from PCOS, and I hope that if you're considering electrolysis you read my review before you decide to look for a different electrologist.nnCrystal is honestly the kindest, most compassionate person I know. In your initial consultation, she is no-nonsense, and I'm guessing that's why the other reviewer felt offended, but the thing is ELECTROLYSIS IS A HUGE COMMITMENT. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying to you and trying to take your money. If you have a full face of growth, Crystal WILL clear you, but it will take time! For me, it took twice a week for about 6 months, then once a week for another 6, then every few weeks for a few more months to eliminate growth. I moved to another state at that time, and have yet to find an electrologist as good as Crystal (my hormones are still out of whack so I do need occasional touch-ups. I've seen THREE different individuals... always disappointed). It's to the point where I'm honestly considering driving 2 hours each way to go back to Crystal for touch-ups. Like Crystal you might get a text from me in 20 minutes... :)nnI truly thank god that Crystal came into my life when she did. And I'm so grateful that she was upfront with me about the commitment I was going to take on if I wanted to really be hair-free. She doesn't tell you that to scare you or be rude or take your money, she tells you that because it's TRUE and I'm guessing she has dealt with many clients who don't take her seriously and then suffer with continued growth because they aren't consistent.. and inevitably they will blame her instead of themselves for not keeping a dedicated schedule. She loves her clients, and she wants them to walk away with the best possible results, but she can't make you go to your appointments or ditch the tweezers, you have to make that commitment for yourself.nnCrystal is open, honest, and most importantly, SO FRIGGEN GOOD AT HER JOB. Before seeing Crystal, I tried everything with zero results (laser made things WORSE). Now I honestly feel like a new person. Crystal gave me my confidence back, and to me that's worth everything.nnOk this got really long, so if you've skipped to the end, all you need to know is that Crystal is the best at what she does. Her facility is warm and clean and makes you feel at home. She will change your life. Run, don't walk, to get on her schedule.

I have been getting treatments by Crystal for a few months now and I must say I am impressed with the results! I also am impressed with how much she remembers about me and my personal life. She makes you feel comfortable and it is a judgement free area. I have been so embarrassed by facial hair and she assured me she would take care of me...she has not disappointed me at all. When I went to my consultation she was very honest and told me what I was to expect and also told me to reach her site that had questions and answers. This isn’t an overnight fix and isn’t even a month long fix.... you need to be patient and trust her. I’m glad I did trust her and it was the best choice I made!!! She is the best and I highly recommend her.nnI’m not too sure how the one review I read said she was not professional and made her feel uncomfortable....I swear she must be confusing this place with somewhere and someone else!!! Unbelievable that someone could write such a crude and untrue review. I moved out of state and did a lot of research to find the perfect place and based it off of reviews more than anything. She had not one bad review and I read through EVERY SINGLE one. Please just ignore that one on there.... complete BS!!

Honestly I had the most amazing experience during the consultation. I had the most amazing facial as well with Victoria but I feel like I was lied to about how my treatment needed to be for the electrolysis by crystal. I was told I needed to come 2 times a week for the next 2 years to remove the hair off of my face caused from PCOS which is an extremely sensitive issue for me. After trying to go to my first appointment she refused to see me because “my hair wasn’t long enough”. Which I can kind of understand but the way she handled it was extremely unprofessional. Told me I need to “ditch the boyfriend” so I can commit to this. Which I thought was rude. I felt she was insincere and I left crying! I understand that I probably could’ve waited another day but just the way she handled it and her tone was unsettling. I talked to another woman who does electrolysis closer to home and said never in all her years has had to have that extensive of a treatment and she deals with women with PCOS all the time. I did not want to go to this women because she is so booked up and I wanted to get in ASAP! But after the experience I had, I will go to this other woman and have learned my lesson. I will never be back and I will never recommend anyone to go here unless it’s for a facial because Victoria is awesome. But I would never want them treated the way I was yesterday.

Crystal is highly professional. I use her electrolysis and eyebrow services. She has always done an excellent job beautifully shaping my eyebrows... not like others who just wax.

I have been seeing Crystal for various things for several years. I have had many types of services from waxing to facials and more. She is amazing! The absolute best at what she does! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Give her a try! You will never be disappointed!
