I went for a facial and a lash lift and tint. Everything was very nice. Gretchen is very professional and made me feel comfortable right away. She did an excellent job explaining the steps as she did the facial. It was so relaxing and nice. My skin feels and looks great! The lash lift went very well and my lashes look amazing! She does a great job, I will definitely be back.

No showed my appointment, no call or text. She said she emailed me. I didn't receive any emails. She did text confirming my credit card twice the day before so she had my number. Don't waste your time or gas, very unprofessional.
