I just want to start off by saying that I have CHRONIC neck and upper back pain. I have had dry needling, own a tens machine and stretch and do heat and ice multiple times daily. Dry needling is Very expensive. I needed to find something that may work without killing my bank account. Brittany did not actual massage me much. What she did was deep, deep pressure and held it. While it was painful at times and I am still sore two days later, The range of motion and decreased aching, sharp pain is drastically diminished. Even with just the one hour session. I have not had this much relief in years. I am so GRATEFUL. The therapy indicated to me that I may achieve normal function and pain levels with continued sessions. Thank you so much.
My massage with Lindsey was so good that I signed up for monthly membership!! The atmosphere is really calming. The front desk is very friendly and answered all of my questions.
Was very happy with my 90 minute massage with Jill. I was impressed with her communication to make sure that I was comfortable, was getting the desired amount of pressure, etc...The massage was so relaxing and I felt amazing afterward. The two women behind the counter were also very friendly and helpful.
Everyone is very friendly and the massage therapists are amazing! I go to Amber whenever I can, but am willing to go to anyone.
Elements Massage is a wonderful place to go for stress relief and to relax. Lindsay is my therapist and she is incredible! I highly recommend Elements Massage.
