Not very helpful on the phone but the rest of the workers are unbelievably spectacular. Customer service is usually wonderful. Very good value and very clean. Decent social distancing. Great selection at a good price. Amazing checkout experience always very fast and a very good value for a cheap membership.
Very clean they only allow a certain number of people in at a time
They still have senior hours that really helps. Prices are great and the meat section is the highest rated on consumers report. the only thing I do not like is that they moved all the personal products from near the pharmacy to the center of the store and put snack foods in front of the pharmacy. There's no oversight when it comes to masks though people enter the store with a man remove them for an hour then put them back on as they check out. I've been to two other Costco's and I love mine in Algonquin the people are kind and considerate the cashiers pay attention to needs and smile even though they're working very hard
Love Costco! Go with a list, prepared to find some things elsewhere. Leave here DONE!! It's very satisfying to find QUALITY products, and then head home.
Very impressed. Huge selection. Fully stocked. So much space. Very friendly staff. No long checkout lines. Good quality food. Good prices. Costco and Aldi hard to beat.
