Booked reservations for my mother and I, a hot stone massage for me and a facial for my mom. What a wonderful experience! We went a few weeks ago and I'm still thinking about how worth it the weekend was just for the spa alone. The staff were so kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxing and comfortably lit. I almost nodded off during my massage I was so relaxed! My mom said her facial was delightful and the staff member giving her the facial was very knowledgeable and was able to help her with her specific skin concerns. Also for the services and quality, the price point seemed more than fair.
My husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing couples massage here recently. Veronica and Susan did an excellent job! Very professional and thorough. Afterwards we enjoyed a glass of champagne and chocolates in a nice quaint and tranquil room . We weren't rushed or hurried. It was amazing. I highly recommend this service and spa to anyone.
I booked a 60 minute massage followed by a 45 minute facial. The massage therapist arrived late and realized half way through that I had a facial booked immediately after the massage. So my massage was only 45 minutes and I paid $100 for the massage. I asked the receptionist if I could have a $25 refund for the time that wasn’t given to me. She said she would leave a message for the manager. I never heard back from them. Completely ghosted me. I would not recommend this place.
My husband and I had a couple's massage. It was the best massage we have ever had hands down. Mary and Jamie were amazing. Professional, quiet and they knew what they were doing. If we lived closer, I would go monthly! Highly recommend!
It had been a very long time since I'd been able to treat myself to a spa day. I experienced the triple play package. A facial, an hour massage, and pedicure. I was so relaxed after the three hours here. The ladies were very friendly and not at all pretentious. The massage was amazing. She addressed all of my problem areas, and I continued to feel better a few days after the treatment. The facial was all natural, and I didn't smell any chemical smells which I really enjoyed during this treatment. The pedicure was different than I've experienced. I would definitely recommend treating yourself here when you visit Galena!
