This is a great gym, especially for beginners. They have a lot of good equipment for a variety of exercises, all for a reasonable price. Staff are pretty friendly and do a good job of keeping the place clean. Their model is to create a welcoming environment, to the point where slamming weights and grunting aren't allowed. Do what you will with this. My biggest issue is the lack of a legit squat rack and bench press, the only have the rail system.
Place is great has everything you need to get a good workout. But I'm a OTR DRIVER. This the only facility that doesn't proved body wash on the showers. So I couldn't take a shower. I travel all over the US and never have I seen that.
One of the better PFs I've been to. Updated equipment, lots of space. Morning staff is beyond friendly! The entire gym is always clean, including the locker room/bathroom.
Super clean! Brand new equipment! I love the timer and rep counter on the equipment in the 30 minute circuit!
Can't beat the price, but the marketing of a judgement free zone is laughable. I've heard the lunk alarm go off a few times since I've been going (less than a month). I don't know if it was for me or another patron. Needless to say, in either case I felt very judged.nnRE: I have no interest in reaching out to local management. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy of saying it's a judgement free zone while you provide a way to publicly shame people if you don't like how they're acting. That's just a way to ensure a judgemental environment.
