Not much staff working to help you
My service today was great I always enjoy when I come to this location.
Not happy at this store. Too many clearance racks. I'm a petite and the department is very limited. Not as organized in general as it could be
Not real happy with the store yesterday. To try on intimates, located on the second floor, I had to to down to the first floor dressing room. There were no bags or cart located on the second floor. All this was done to keep me safe, ha. I purchased a lot less because my fingers could only hold so many hangers. I went up and down 4 times then had to stand in line for 15 minutes waiting to check out. If they want us to shop in the store, they'd better get their acts together!
Had a great experience yesterday at the Stratford location in Bloomingdale, il. Had item in stock and the cashier Chris was fantastic. She really went far and beyond with providing me information and made my purchase very easy. I filled out the feed back survey, but it did not ask about specific employee experience
