Very bad experience with their billing and Cici. Couple years ago my boyfriend bought me a package for PRP facial, he paid at the office and put it under my name. I came for an appointment a few weeks later, and they could not find this money under my name. After an hour of them telling me it never happened, made me feel bad and ridiculous. I yelled at my boyfriend. After this back and forth, Cici found she made a mistake in spelling. No one apologized for their mistake, made me look cheap. This year, we went for a 5 min consultation for my boyfriend with Dr. Turowski. Three weeks later, they are sending us a $200 bill, which they also tried to bill our insurance for without our consent. No one explained or disclosed to us the 5 min consultation would cost $200. I've never been to a doctor or a medical office in the US where they do not communicate billing in advance, and most offices make you sign an agreement before the appointment. This time Cici is saying they are not doing billing in the house. I don't care where you do your billing, this is your business and not an excuse.

I just recently underwent a septo/rhinoplasty with Dr. Turowski, and absolutely loved my experience here. Not only am I now able to breathe better, but my nose healed perfectly and the results are amazing! Impressed and very happy.

Dr T is terrific... educated, knowledgeable, and extremely talented... a true artist! His staff is polite and helpful... and his clinical staff exceeds all expectations. I would give Dr T and New Horizons my highest recommendation for any procedure in their catalog.

I had my nose done by Dr.Turoski a few years ago. He didn't really want my input on what I wanted to have. So I trusted him anyway from recommendations & a previous surgery that did go well. After my nose surgery they did a next day follow up and a 2 week. I asked about the tenderness of the brim of my nose and how big it had become. But it seemed like I was bothering him....called a few times after that check up and they didn't allow me to talk to Dr.Turoski, the receptionist treated me like I was worthless (NOT AN EXAGGERATED STATEMENT). Any girl that answers the phones at New Horizons usually treats previous patients that want to ask questions about something that went wrong during surgery....very poorly & stuck up in order to make you stop calling.nnI haven't been able to breath at night once since that surgery. It is humiliating when people around me can literally hear me trying to breath at work, movies, or at dinner. It's been all day and worse at night. If I don't use a Q TIP to clean my nose out throughout the day, it will be unbearable and it makes it extremely hard on my lungs as well. Basically I always have a stuffed nose even after I clean it out. It bleeds on the right side regularly now....and the top bone hurts like it was punched, I cant understand why he didn't even offer to look at it. Just told me to wait and wait a year etc. Well I posted this in case another young girl wants to fix something with him. Make sure to look at different places. I cry all the time because of how hard its been since then.. I literally paid a man to help me, and he messed me up for life and was paid for it. im going to need another surgery, if I can save up one day OR just keep on going with my nose caving in slowly.

Got my nose done 11 months ago, I love my NEW nose! Doctor Turowski is very nice, good staff, good result. They were available by cell when my nose was bleeding and my boyfriend was scared LOL. Doctor called me too the day of when I went home. Minimal pain. I was also scared and crying right before the surgery and they made me feel better! Tolerable pain and seeing him for my nose gave me SO MUCH CONFIDENCE. LIFE CHANGING. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE. COMING BACK TO GET MY DOUBLE CHIN DONE! Highly recommend him, love Bogusia too and the new nurse (I forget her name)
