I’ve been a Costco member for the last 10 years and have always walked by the cell phone kiosk assuming it was for new lines only. Nick, the sales professional at the kiosk said hi to me and out of curiosity I asked him if he had the new iPhone in stock. Nick Summarized all the AT&T and Costco specials/ promotions along with the advantages of buying my phone from Costco.nnNick took great care ensuring all the paperwork was completed properly and in setting up my iPhone. I have been using cell phones since 1994 and have probably purchased at least 15-20 times. Of all the experiences I have had with sales associates during this time, Nick was the best.nnI highly recommend anyone who is purchasing a new cell phone visit a Costco kiosk. Excellent experience.

The staff is very helpful. I am happy with the amount of organic products offered here. I recently learned of Costco's subpar chicken welfare standards from an article in The New York Times. I am not a member but have family and friends who are members. Today's consumer cares about animal welfare. I cannot currently recommend Costco to others until the chicken welfare standards are improved.

Terrible customer service at the return desk. I tried to return a heavy product and the employee insisted me to take it out of the cart and put it on their counter. Another employee stepped in and told me I could just leave the product in the cart and they would take care of it. But the first employee(Vi****) said she needs to verify the product (in an enclosed box) is not broken. And guess what, after her “verification” she shoveled the box onto the floor.
