Was at the shoe department earlier today. Lenny, one of the associates, literally ignored me to help someone who was better dressed. He's done it before along a couple of other men. I felt discriminated because of my size and the way I was dressed. Emma on the other hand was great. If I need to buy shoes in the future and Lenny is there I'll just leave
Horrible experience! I ordered an item online and requested to pick it up at this location (website indicated they had it stock). I completed my order got a confirmation and was charged for the transaction. 15 min later I receive an email saying that the order was canceled I Called the store only to be transferred a couple of times and then my call got disconnected, it was only after my THIRD attempt that I got thru when I talked to this lady that did NOT shared her name told me that they didn’t carry the item I ordered in that particular store and that’s why the order got canceled, no other word was said she only added that my money was not going to be refunded right away! It was going to take 7 BUSINESS days! I am very disappointed!
Christian is such an amazing stylist. He is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I feel so lucky to meet him when I went to purchase Christmas gift. I really enjoyed the experience from the very beginning to the end. Thanks for the wonderful service.
I love Nordstrom. I won’t be returning to this location. Every staff encounter was unkind and very unlike the Nordstrom experience I know. Directions, Customer service, handbags, formalwear, Vince, shoes.
Don't much like the bread, it's a bit sweet for savoury sandwiches, but I guess they cater to American's pallette, which I just don't have.
