Did good job I found everything I wanted social distances very clean they were very helpful
Great social distancing.
There are no sales associates to help with purchases, just clerks behind Plexiglas shields at the registers. The stock is ample enough, but some of it is on the floor. I guess we all have to do our part to keep stores tidy.
Every time I go there, the staff is so helpful, pleasant and professional.nnAnd this is my favorite place to get nice clothes and all things pretty!nnDo check out their sales and clearance racks! Sometimes their prices beat some thrift stores!
Very fast and easy to return merchandise (assuming unused and within the return policy's time period). Easy to purchase things that need to be delivered, even when they come from other Macy's locations they tell you about it, but otherwise it's transparent to you. No feeling of high pressure, even on costly items.
