The staff they are friendly very helpful , making sure to go above and beyond, always. The loyalty programs are also amazing whether it's the friends and family or the added perks given to you to enjoy in future shopping experiences, when you make the loyalist club. I absolutely enjoy shopping this location as management and staff alike have always made my experience a perfect one. I love the selection of designers they carry, as well as the organized hassle free clean environment, one can always appreciate. They have enough parking outside the facility which only adds to convinience of shopping at the facility. I sure do recommend them!my experiences have always exceeded those at nordstrom in oak brook!
I don’t write reviews often, but I was very unhappy with the way the woman from the Good Helper customer service desk spoke to me. She was far from a “good helper” when it came to working with me in order to exchange 2 shirts that were given to my husband for his birthday. I did not have a receipt, but the shirts had tags. I inquired about her ability to find the items in the system by scanning them, but she could not. I understand that they need proof of purchase, but there was a much nicer way to explain that than the way she did. I truly believe that those who are unable to provide great customer service should re-evaluate there employment in such establishments.
The sales associates were great in helping me find the product I was looking to purchase.
Fine jewelry employees were really helpful!! Could not be happier with my shopping experience.
Great selection of picture frames. Nice place for hostess gifts.
