Bed Bath & Beyond

My wife made me go to home goods when I told her I wanted to come to this store. We couldn't find anything there. Here we bought everything we needed! Plus we had help from 3 different attendants (each one specialized in their own departments). What a great store!

The staff at this store are horrible and prejudice. I walked into the store with a item to return and there was an associate standing at the counter in front of the returns. She did not acknowledge me or even ask me if I needed any help. Another associate came and asked me if I needed help and I told her I had a return that I purchased Saturday. She asked me if I had the receipt and credit card that it was paid for with. I told her I bought it online and I didn’t have the card but it was in my wallet. She then proceeded to tell me oh we can’t accept the return you have to keep it . I told her I don’t want it and it was never opened. I told her to get the manager and he came over as clueless as the first person. They were trying to give me a merchandise credit and I told them I didn’t want a merchandise credit. I asked why can’t they credit my wallet back. They stated they can’t do that, I could have respected it if they had said they don’t know how to do it. The way it was handle was very unprofessional and shows there lack of customer service. The manager said he could give me cash and I didn’t want that I just wanted the credit back to the card I used on my wallet. So I decided to take the cash and the associate started to say to me as she was counting the money out to me that he was the manager and I should be glad that he did that because she would not have done anything for me and I told her to stop talking to me because she was making it worst and she proved that she was a prejudice ignorant individual. I walked out the store and told them to have a great day. Don’t shop at the store they are horrible

Clean and neat full of inventory and co operative personals. Nice place

Store is well organized. Staff is helpful, Pedro was very attentive in answering questions and knew a lot of useful info.
