Horrible reliability in the St. Louis Terminal.. Have been sitting on product in the terminal for 6 days, with claiming it is on a trailer for delivery 4 of those days. A continuous story with this company. We will never use YRC again
I work with a good group of people... mostly. Lol
We have been trying to receive a shipment for 3 weeks. They schedule a delivery date and don't show up. They then reschedule without contacting you and are upset when you are not available. They cancel deliveries without notification constantly. I have never seen such poor customer service. Had I known the order I placed with Office Depot would arrive via this freight company I never would have ordered it.
They're supposed to call me to schedule deliveries. Sometimes they do. Sometimes they don't. When they do, they rarely show up during the scheduled five hour window - if at all.
Great people especially the truck drivers that run linehaul over the road.
