FedEx Ground

Its been 10 days since my order was fulfilled in Wisconsin. My package somehow was out for delivery at 4:03 am but back at the facility at 4:05am delivery scheduled for Saturday 1/02. I am not allowed to pick my collectible up from the facility? Sounds a lot like rubbish to me. I will pay extra for UPS or USPS from now on. Any vendor using FedEx I will not do business with thanks to this facility.

Awesome, safe parking large lot. Take your temperature as you came in make sure everyone was wearing a man had sanitation stations everywhere and everyone was very nice an helpful.

Will always take 20+ calls to reach HR. Was told I would start my orientation on a Saturday. I called Friday to confirm, I was told by an HR staff this date was wrong and I was starting Monday. She also provided me with the wrong address. On Monday I drove 30 minutes to the Sauget facility. After going in the address I was provided, being told that was the wrong address and I needed to go down the street... I finally arrived. I was provided with no information on which door to enter. I went in the wrong door thankfully a helpful worker pointed me in the right direction. Once I talked to the HR staff they both started treating me rude. Once I told them I was finishing my final exams for college they were even more rude. They told me there was no way I talked to someone at that facility and I showed up the wrong day. I confirmed it was the same number they called me off of to offer me the job. The refused to let me do my orientation and told me I needed to leave and start the entire application process over including passing the background check again. They were super rude and unhelpful. After I left I called the same number. Stephany was also rude to me on the phone. Put me on with her manager. He was helpful but told me I still needed to start the process over again even though it was the fault of one of his employees. Since this would take a week and they withhold your first paycheck, I am now unemployed and left without a paycheck before Christmas. 0/10 recommend. This place is super unprofessional and they will waste your time. Worst experience with HR I have ever had and I will never be going back or using Fed Ex services

The drivers treat our packages with care for both our home and business needs. We are always relieved when we see that it’s FedEx that is going to be delivering our packages. When using other carriers we never know how damaged our package will arrive or if it will arrive at all. If they see that it’s going to rain, they have even taken the time to leave packages on our covered porch at the other end of the driveway. We greatly appreciate you, especially during this time.
