So I had an engine from eBay shipped through these con artists. Had a planned delivery which due to my job I couldn’t make the time to sign for package. Then when rescheduling, an hour or less before scheduled delivery, they said they can’t deliver it. So since I had to work, I opted to not sign and just have it delivered. The moment I did that, BOOM, they all of a sudden can’t find a near 500lbs V8 Engine. It Houdini’d its way out of the carriers sight. I was told the engine ran good by the responsive seller. But I didn’t know they meant literally. So now I have to find an ENTIRE engine as if it’s a lost envelope. I don’t recommend them. If you have a different way of shipping an item, choose someone else. I only put 1 star cause I couldn’t leave none. Oh and don’t bother calling customer service. They will just smack their gum in your ear while on the phone and show no concern at all.

I saw a delivery truck in my subdivision that looked like they were lost. When the truck stopped, I asked the driver if he needed any help. He said no, he had a delivery here. All would have been fine, but then he smarted off and said “can I help you with anything”. Now that was uncalled for. Rude driver. I sure would not use this company. Glenallen Estates in St. Peter’s. MO, Delivery was to Black Oak Court on Thursday May 7th.

Bad experience!!! I contacted the rates department to get an estimate. I shipped and paid that amount. The product got to its destination but they would not deliver it till they received another $100 because of the declared value I put on the bill of lading. 1. that should have been accessed at the time of quoting 2. how did it leave the shipping state without that being caught? 3. how are you going to hold the product hostage ON MY CUSTOMERS LOT till you get your $100?!!! On top of it, I had to talk to about 8 different people, sit on hold and not get called back to try and pay the $100, also had to sign some kind of document to PAY!!!! Now im out $100 because unlike R&l, I stick to my quoted totals. What a mess. I don't plan on using them again.
