Hired for a new home purchase whole house inspection. Service was scheduled quickly and inspector was on time. Total time taken for the full home inspection to include shop building was approximately 3 hours. The inspector encouraged us to be present and explained as he went. Addressed questions with clear knowledge on subject matter. The inspector got our completed report to us within 24 hours and it was a 26 page document that included color pictures. The formatting and bullet points of each area of the home was marked with a clear indication of action needed or simply maintenance needed. The process inspection was very thorough and realistic for items that needed repaired/replaced and addressed home items that had simply been neglected. I would use this company again for home inspection an definitely recommend them for a very in-depth home inspection report. Well done WIN! He walked us through after he completed his inspection and explained in detail everything he inspected and detailed the defects he discovered. He is knowledgeable, personable and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone who is considering hiring a home inspection. His detailed report with photographs of defects was nearly 70 pages. We received it the next morning (Saturday).
David was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable with his pre-sale home inspection for us, the buyers. He was professional, answered questions, told us what his inspection covered and what it did not covered. His report was very thorough, written in clear, understandable layman terms of the systems operations, electrical, plumbing, appliances, along with a host of other items. He physically checked the roof and attic; the crawl space and outside foundation. His report contained recommendations on all issues found. David also provided a consolidated short list of recommended repairs needed now. I highly recommend this company, Especially David Davies for any inspections you need.
