Extremely happy with my experience with Serendipity. When calling, I explained how I was looking for someone new to do my hair. That my hair was very temperamental, hard to handle, and other stylists have had troubles with the outcomes using colors. She said she would take the challenge and I'm SO HAPPY that she did. Bethany made me feel right at home, like I've known her for years. She took her time doing my hair, adding extra (love) conditioners and product to help. I am SO thrilled with the results that I WILL be coming back on a regular!! I highly recommend you make an appointment as soon as you can!! I am going back for an 'agave treatment' and can't wait! I wish I would have taken a before picture to share with you, please trust me, it's a night and day difference!
