They do not tell you when you order that you must pay upon delivery. We sent check in mail 3 days after delivery. When we called for 4th load of rock we were told we needed to pay for rock upon delivery for next load because we needed to get our bill paid which I had already sent check in the mail the day before. There was no mention of paying upon delivery when we ordered the first time. I would have had a check ready if we had been told that upfront. Just informing the next customer so they are prepared. Dana says you pay for your meal right away at a restaurant so you should pay for your rock right away too which we would have done had we known they had changed their policies. We have done business with them in the past and never had a problem with sending them a check.
Honest hard working people. Did my driveway in one day with no issues. The owner is a great guy who will be glad to help out. I will return for any rock needs.
Professionalism at its finest. My only regret, is not knowing of them sooner
