I hopped on the Mattress Firm website today for a new bed to be delivered as we are relocating to the city. Was unable to find a bed that could be shipped to my address.nnReason why? Mattress Firm is a local franchise. Celeste did a great job. I did some research on what kind of bed I was looking for. I came in with questions and she was very accommodating and got me a great deal. I was initially going to go home and do some more research but she assured me I was making the right decision and I was sold. Definitely will recommend my friends family and customers to come to mattress firm.

Celeste was amazing! Basically spent an entire afternoon in store where Celeste answered all of our questions and was super patient while we figured out exactly which product to go with. Highly recommend. Delivery personnel were also great. They showed up early within the delivery window, which was awesome. They were super careful with items, verified the placement of the bed and made sure to show me how the adjustable base worked.
