Miller Bros. were excellent to work with, from the selection, size and placement of my furniture, to the delivery and set up! I highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you, Miller Bros. for enhancing the beauty of my home.
My parents bought a flex steel couch from here less than 4 years ago. The cushions are all breaking down and the frame is bent in. Miller Bros wants $90 to look at the couch to see if it is covered by warranty (my parents live 6 blocks away), then said my parents would have to pay for labor. The couch was very expensive and has been uncomfortable since they she bought. Mind you the set was she almost 6k. The couch was initially even set up right when delivered because Miller Brothers forgot to to put some of the bolts in the frame of the couch. I do not recommend, for the price definitely not worth it! Some warranty. $90 to drive 6 blocks. ud83dude44 smh.
We bought furniture last year and had it shipped to us in New Zealand. Even understanding there were problems with Covid we were disappointed with the quality control of the dining set we purchased. When the furniture finally arrived to us across the world we discovered the chairs had many problems. We had a furniture restorer come through and quote us what it will cost to rectify these problems and have sent Miller Bros the breakdown. Miller Bros are ignoring us claiming the manufacturer makes amazing furniture. They've accepted no responsibility on the low quality construction and we are now left fixing things that should have been discovered before being sent to us. At the end of the day. They have lovely furniture, but don't rely on them to do any quality control checks they claim they do and don't believe they'll standby their customers especially if they live in another country. Be sure you live close by so you can send the furniture back if its not up to scratch.
Matt & Shakil were very courteous and kept me informed as to time of delivery. They also moved a heavy item from our lower level and were so conscientious of maintaining social distancing.nnMy husband and I are thrilled with our purchases from Miller Bro’s. We know we can expect the best customer service from all employees.nnLooking forward to shopping again!
Miller brothers has been great to work with for our new living room furniture. The quality and personal service was great and the furniture is all made in the USA!
