Thank you MOD House Interiors for making the rooms at the Ronald McDonald House of Siouxland so calming and beautiful! Our guest families now have a relaxing retreat to help take away the stress of a child's hospital stay. From beginning to end, you made the transformation process for our rooms so easy and enjoyable. The end product is even better than we imagined!

Love the people and product at Mod House. People are friendly and helpful, product is good quality and spot on for pricing! The owner is friendly personable and willing to talk if you have a question about a product! Keep up the great work!

On one hand they have nice stuff and they're nice people, but on the other hand the prices range from great to headscratching. Almost gave 4 stars, wish I could give 3 and a half cause I'd say they're a little better than average. I'd say also if you're in downtown Sioux city your best bet is shopping around between Hom furniture, Midtown furniture (Midtown is fantastic, especially if you like being moneywise), and Mod House just because they're all within a few blocks of each other. Plus, these days the DIY stuff you can find online is both a huge money saver and really high quality. My boyfriend just got a fancy, modern-looking computer desk w/drawers for $145 on Amazon, and it is sturdy and was very easy for the 2 of us to put together. Overall though, make sure to check this Mod House out if you're ever in downtown Sioux City. It's worth checking back every once in a blue moon too, cause the selection changes a lot over time.

I stopped at Mod House to look for a rug for my front entry. Lisa sent multiple large samples home with me to try in my space. I took a photo of my front entry with the rug samples to grasp color and texture, and she then placed images of different rugs she found that fit the bill into my space. This was so great as I'm such a visual person! I actually ended up choosing a rug that I never would have picked otherwise. Seeing the photos of the rug in my space convinced me! She emailed me a link and I had it ordered online within minutes. Something that I had been dreading actually ended up being such a fun and painless process because of Lisa and her expertise! Siince I'm from Des Moines, the combination of in-store/online service was perfect!

We stopped at Mod House on the way through town from Iowa City. We were pleased with the selection of decor and found items that would suit the desires of varied tastes. We walked away with a purchase that will go well in a newly decorated room in our home, and Mod will also be researching an interior furniture piece for us that we may special order. This level of service exceptional - and much appreciated!
