my grandpa has been renting from them over the years and he really likes them. my grandfather washer went out and they brought over a new one to his house while they fixed his. which was awesome but then this comment was made “you really need to get this floor done.” and etc i seen my papas face turn red and he got choked up which just made me very furious because he was so embarrassed and has been struggling to get everything paid for. he’s almost 80. all i can say is STAY HUMBLE AND BE MINDFUL. he knows what needs to be done, and there shouldn’t have been nothing negativity coming from an employee (it’s takes a lot of money to redo & update the house which is hard to get due to COVID and losing a lot of work hours)
Rent all is an amazing place to get furniture and appliances from. Just want to say Thank You to all the rent all team on W 7th in Sioux City. You guys are great!! I appreciate everything you guys have done for me. You make me feel like family.
Great customer service every time! My personal washer went out and David made sure I got one to my house ASAP! When we moved back home he got some furniture to my house immediately until the furniture I ordered came in. Great experience every time I go there.
I recently bought a sofa and chair and I love it and it is the first one I have bought in 20 years.Darin and James ,Brady are friendly to work with about getting things I need .
