Here's the deal, Kohl's. If you're going to require masks and social distancing, fine. Does it make sense to close an entrance and half your registers that creates a line of 25 people wanting to check out at the same time? Did you really think that through?

Sad no dressing rooms are open.... Lost my business if I can't try things on.... Went else where... Won't be back! Hire someone to clean dressing rooms! Monet R

1st time ordering from Khols.com. Worst experience EVER! order fulfilled 2/13 but it has not updated and today is 2/19- called and Kohls agent said waiting for UPS to pick up from warehouse. Really? 8 days and no UPS to pick up their shipping? I call BS. Wait time for CS very long, chat doesn't work. I will be cancelling this order and never shop here again! What a mistake!

Haven't been to Kohls since before the pandemic until recently. Not at all impressed with selection, pretty boring. Nothing caught my eye for women's apparel or handbags. Pretty disappointing selection. Store is nice enough but not somewhere I'd seek to go again to browse. Kids clothes were okay, again, just nothing of much interest. Store is nice enough, merchandise is lacking.
