If I could give it no stars.... I would! They don't maintain the roads, the grass, theft is also terrible! They hit your very expensive benches! Throw flowers around! But they figure they have you...... Can't dig up your loved ones and take your business else where!

I see these reviews about the well manicured lawn.... are they at the cemetery? Or maybe just the front part of the cemetery? Because the back half that is overlooking Sunnybrook hasn’t been manicured in months at least. There are weeds taller than the vases, limbs that fell from the trees, the grass hasn’t been cut for who knows how long. It doesn’t bring me peace to come out here and visit my family members, knowing that their final resting place is not being cared for. It’s disgraceful. Had their plots not been purchased here years and years ago, I would have went elsewhere. My father who is buried here was meticulous about his lawn, I feel like we did him a disservice by being buried here. I have an extra star for the friendly staff that helped us recently with the arrangements for the burial. Please do better, or pass my word along to someone who can care for the cemetery as a WHOLE. Not just the front part that can be seen when you first enter from the highway.

My father was buried in the mausoleum in January. We couldn’t bury him on a Tuesday so we had to wait until a Wednesday. Since calling on a Friday was not enough notice for a Tuesday ( 4 days). They did not even have to dig a hole since it’s the mausoleum. Almost a year later and they still have NOT put the button and vase on the mausoleum wall. It took my mom numerous phone calls and until July to get the little bar with the year 2020 on their for him. You have caused my mom and family so much pain and suffering from all of this. We have not been able to put flowers and such on his site for special holidays and events we went to see and honor him for.

The park has a new maintenance manager and crew and they are wonderful! The cemetery is looking wonderful. Love seeing the ducks on the pond, road is much better. Such a beautiful park And such great staff!

My mother had arrangements ahead of time and when it was time to bury them they had correct spaces open. Then when we buried my nephew they had lost one nameplate and they weren't in correct space. Over a year later and 2 siblings talked to them they still haven't fixed it. Mom is in correct space but dad is not. I sure hope the urn is in proper space.
