First time going to sugar shack and most likely will be my last. While they had a variety of products, customer service was horrible. Staff was impatient and rude. Rolling their eyes and making comments under their breath. Not a big deal to correct a mistake and fix the customers request. If you're looking for great customer service I would stray away from this location.

Fires pregnant women for making a small mistake. Pathetic ill make sure I tell anyone who goes there to not too ever again. Who's been working there only a few short months and the mistake wasn't even a mistake. Telling the customer the truth isn't a mistake. Then you have to do it right in front of everyone to embarrass them. Pathetic.
