We booked our storage facility online, which was simple. However when we got there our facility wasn't unlocked and our key wasn't inside like it stated in email. Had to have someone come unlock it. The unit itself was clean...we are pleased with it. The one major issue this place has, is not enough moving carts. Apparently, they haven't resolved this from past complaints. For a facility this large, simply 4 carts is not enough. We spent a very long time waiting for a cart. Why in the world would they only supply 4 carts? Bottom line is if your looking for affordable pricing, this is your place but be prepared to pay extra with your time.
Extremely nice storage facility and reasonable priced. Recently, I’ve used them for the first time after moving to Fall River. Tim, the manager of the facility is amazing and works extremely hard. He’s goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. Upper management should give him a raise and get him some extra help.
Great property, very clean. The staff is amazing, kind, and extremely helpful. They have a wide range of affordable units, and theyre easily accessible.
Very fast and easy set up. Brian and Tim were very helpful and accomodating. Facility was very clean with easy accessibility.
My experience was less than desirable. The day I rented the storage unit from extra space there were no moving carts available, 1 of the 2 elevators were completely out of service and the other elevator's call button did not work on the third floor. I had to carry approximately 15 totes from the loading bay to the third floor where my unit was located then take the stairs back to the 1st floor. I was charged for a lock without being asked if I wanted or needed one. The charges were not explained very thoroughly. In conclusion, I was very dissatisfied with my experience.
