A lot of people get this location & the Pleasant St. Location confused & to add to the confusion top both General Managers at both locations are named Monica. As far as my experience, Monica M. At the Lewiston St location ALWAYS treated us with respect and kindness! Her team is just as amazing, it's a reflection of her! The trucks are always so clean, the whole property is truly upkept...hard workers! I've seen some of the ”crazies” they had to deal with, (dumpster diving, breaking & entering to live in their storage, rude & inconsiderate people) but yet Monica M & all her team treat them with respect! Truly don't know how they do it!? Overall, I wish more business would have a team like this who genuinely cares about their customers!
Oh my the young guy that was working alone did a great job helping me out. He was a pleasant young man.
The share owner for this location needs to teach employees how to deal properly with customers. Basic First Aid, ethical and civil rights laws are a few topics lacking. I had a medical emergency while attempting to move my stuff into a unit. I had a seizure and was treated like a criminal. Calling consumer affairs then the founder and his brother (CEO) for direction. They dont drug test new employees nor do the care about your worldly items. I actually found my stuff in the dumpster!!Im not accepting unacceptable behavior Monica Martins!
Good luck ever getting someone on the phone. On hold or no one picks up. Usually takes 2 days of calling to make a storage unit payment
Extremely friendly staff, very organized and helpful. Highly recommend.
