Caring Transitions helped move my mom. Their staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were respectful of the furniture and they were a big help in setting up my mom’s new apartment so it was walker friendly. They knew how much room we needed for her to get around. I highly recommend them!
We used Caring Transitions to move my dad from an assisted living facility in Elizabeth IL to another one in Galena IL. Jessica King in their office was very helpful in setting up and coordinating the move. The movers showed up on time and were very conscientious about taking care with my dad's furniture and belongings. They unpacked everything at the new assisted living place too. They worked quickly and efficiently. Overall a very good experience with them. I would not hesitate to use them again if the need ever arises.
