This was my first nail experience here. I decided on a whim I wanted a pedicure on a Monday...so glad I called! They quickly worked me in. My experience with Kylie was amazing! She is so meticulous with her work and, since I have circulatory issues and have had problems with my feet, she knew exactly how to care for them, down to details that I was unaware of! This has never happened anywhere I’ve ever been. And Kylie is so sweet and kindness, compassion was shown...not just to me, to everyone who came in the salon. Both ladies doing nails were! I felt incredibly comfortable! It means SO much on how clean they are! I’ve got an infection before and almost lost a toe at another nail salon so I’ve been weary since. That stopped here. They do not reuse the utensils, guys! They throw them away! Super sanitary salon any time I’ve been there! And the price? It would cost almost double for that kind of service anywhere else! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!
First of all, I called the day before I needed to come, and they were wonderful and got me in for an appointment. Thomas did a great job on my hair. He took his time to make sure everything was right, even though it was getting late and I knew he was tired. It was very much appreciated! Thank you Ooh LaLa!
My first time with Leticia and she did a great job! My nails look amazing. She was very attentive and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. She has definitely gained a new customer.
