Roger and his crew were great to work with! We live in a very rocky area and he was very upfront about the fact that we may not be able to put a pool in. We did hit a very large rock while digging the deep end. Roger then found and brought in special equipment to get the rock out so that we could continue. His crew was professional, polite and answered all the questions we had as first time pool owners. I would definitely recommend them to anyone putting in a pool.

If you plan to ever get a pool don’t use Roger’s pool in Russellville! After 3 weeks of not showing up he pulls up today about 10 mins earlier than he said and I was still in my nightgown so I threw on pants and ran down there. He left and said he couldn’t be back for 2 weeks because I wasn’t standing at the pool when he pulled up. Never rang the doorbell or anything. Yesterday when I asked did anyone have to be here, his reply was that would be best.... never did he mention that I had to be standing by the pool waiting on him!!!!! That’s after doing terrible work to begin withnThey left nails under the liner when they put it in. For 3 years we have had to avoid certain areas because of fear of tearing the liner. Took our Polaris 3 years ago to fix but claims he forgot about it. It’s still broken.nJustin has called many times and the man doesn’t answer. I called yesterday from the hospital and he answered immediately. Told me he would be here to give me all the bad news this morning. They tore our cover putting it on year before last. I could go on and on and on.nud83dude21nFeel free to let anyone you know considering using them to reconsider. It always a headache and the work isn’t great
