The facility is brand new clean. Rooms are well designed with Keurig and microwave. The best thing about this hotel however is the staff.nnDiane greeted us like family, Miss Sue provided a nice breakfast even during construction. Paulette had our room clean as a pin. Kim made sure we were completely satisfied. All the ladies were extremely polite and professional. Most importantly, they made us feel very comfortable and welcome.nnWe will definitely refer to friends and family.
Nice, newly remodeled hotel. During our visit the lobby is under renovation which meant no breakfast area, however the front desk had grab and go items. All of the employees I interacted with where extremely friendly.

Hotel was fine. My only problem is that the beds were as hard as a rock. Second rate hotels buy only the basic spring mattresses and add a topper. This is far from the comfiest holiday inn I have stayed at. It is gonna be hard to sleep now.nnThe bed is the most important thing. Hotels can skimp other ways. Sheets, towels, bath fixtures, but the beds are what people will remember.
