Called left a message. Set up meeting next day. Super friendly and very helpful. Mattress was for my daughter and took about 5 mins to pick out. Everything completed in less than 10 min. Price was great. Thank you will be going back to get a king in near future
We ordered our mattress two weeks ago from the Weirton West Virginia box drop location. It finally arrived today after some delays yesterday and a half dozen phone calls only to find that the frame that was ordered is incomplete. The box with the frame arrived sealed with duct tape and is missing two key components to convert the frame from Queen to King. We have to now lay the box spring and mattress on the floor without the benefit of the frame until we can get this issue resolved. We have called three times and left four Messages including one text message.nn05/24/2020 update to previous post. After several calls And texts starting at 1pm, A member of the staff delivered the missing pieces. Before you allow the delivery to leave your shop I would suppose you would examine it to make sure that you have all the correct equipment for the order. I urge all that do take delivery examine your shipment prior to signing for completeness. We still needed to go to the hardware store and buy the necessary bolts and nuts to shore up the frame (an extra $5.45) purchase but again... things missing from the opened and duct taped box. Since the parts for the frame were delivered I upgraded the initial One star to three.
Great Customer Service, Very Professional, Very Knowledgeable. I'm not one for Mattress or Bed Shopping, because of pushy salesmen, but at BoxDrop it was very relaxing and he worked with me to make the experience a great one. I bought a Cool Phase Memory Foam Mattress and an adjustable bed frame and received both within a week. No one can beat his prices and the customer service was top notch. Thank you again for everything. I'll definitely be back for all our bedding needs.
Chris was super Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond for us. He met us after hours so we could get our mattress. The next day he text us to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely would highly recommend this place.
My shopping experience was great! Chris was highly knowledgeable on what mattress would best suit me for getting a comfortable well rested sleep being a side sleeper. I would recommend going to BoxDrop Weirton, not only the consultation but great pricing as well.
