Great place for sales and service can't go wrong.
We bought our washer and dryer set from here and had a great experience. I compared prices and ratings of the appliances to those online and at other stores and we got a great deal. Alco even offered to deliver and install the machines for us. We had one issue with the washer lid, I called and they offered to let us come pick out a new machine and were very apologetic and helpful. The issue with the lid resolved itself so I decided to not go ahead and get a new one. I would love to buy future appliances and furniture form here. Great place.
Stocked the stove we wanted. Couldn't find it at any of the big box stores either. Really helpful staff too.
This is a place that you do not want to overlook when you are shopping for appliances or furniture. First of all as you can see by the reviews, they have been in business for a long time and are well known in the area.nWe were looking for a new washing machine and shopped around, went to all the big box stores in Steubenville and Pittsburgh. then we realized that we forgot to stop at Alco. They didn't have as large a selection, but with their experience, they always seem to know which brands hold up the best. We bought a GE front loader with all the bells and whistles for $200 less than at Lowes. I think that its because they just don't have the overhead that the big stores have. Another plus was that we bought it on Monday evening at closing time and they had it hooked up and running Wednesday afternoon, Actually the man that sold it to us was one of the 2 men that delivered it. (low overhead) Another plus they are great people.
