Nothing majorly wrong with the business. Seems rather stressful for them during high volume business hours which is to no fault of the staff but moreso to the detriment of management. A few employees seemed to be lax about wearing masks, if that matters. Food was forgotten. Runs like a traditionally ran fast food restaurant.
The food was fresh but forgot to ask for the sundaes to be held until after we ate. They fixed them before the other food was ready and put them in the freezer until we were ready for them. Not good for hot fudge sundae. If I had asked they would have waited so be sure to ask.
Always a great experience. Good food, fantastic dairy treats and cakes. Nice, friendly staff too.
They need to definitely hire more people!! I sat in line for 46 minutes!! Then our large cones was the size of mediums!!
Best ice cream and blizzard treats. Much better than Dairy Queen in Wellsburg where I live.
