Please update your online hours! Went to pick up my cake said you were open but it was closed!
I love this place and their cookies. However I ordered a cookie cake at 3:20 pm on Friday July 17 and was told it would be ready by 2:00pm July 18. Arrived there at 2:30pm and they have no cookie cake or even a record of the order. This of course ruined a Birthday Party!!!!
My parents brought up a cookie cake for my sister’s birthday. The cookie was as thin as a cracker, not even exaggerating. It tasted stale because it was so thin. Nothing like previous experiences with this company. I will recommend getting this cookie from the company in Columbus in the future.
