We have bought furniture several times here. We always have a great experience and this time was no different. Adam was an awesome help! We bought 2 new bedroom suites for our daughters. He kept up with quoting all the prices in different sizes and suites. He also gave us a great deal that we couldn't pass up! Definitely will use him again!

Very friendly service. Many options of financing. Star furniture lost a purchase over no offers on other ways to make a purchase. So I recommend Ashley Home store. Only thing that I would change is the wait time on the order but that over pandemic reasons. Quality seems to be very well. Excited to receive purchase and hopefully things come in mint condition. I highly recommend!

I went in to see my original salesman, Robert, but he unfortunately wasn't there today so Josh and Elijah both took great care of me and got what I needed quickly. Josh was on his second day of learning but was doing a fantastic job and wasn't afraid to ask for help to ensure he did everything on the order correctly which I greatly appreciated. Overall, a great experience and will continue shopping at Ashley HomeStore.

We bought a 3 pc living room suite today!! Long overdue! Adam & the Manager, Isaiah were fabulous to work with!! Super nice people. They spent all of the time in the world with us today, didn't treat us as if we were a burden, nor like they were in a hurry, etc. All of our questions were answered, even my crazy ones. I know that we will love our brown, leather, loaded with accessories furniture. Thanks again.

Purchased a living room set as well as a bedroom set today and couldn’t be happier with our experience at our local store in Clarksburg WV. This is our third time purchasing from this location and came back today because of our previous experience. Our salesperson Adam was friendly and able to give us the information we needed quickly. We will definitely consider Ashley for future furniture purposes because of the level of service we have received.
