No bread
I don’t ever leave public reviews but this has now happened a couple of times at this location. On their menu they offer a Broccoli and Cheese bread bowl, so I ordered one. Got my order and while on the way home check the bag, there’s no bread bowl or baguette. So I call the location in case life happened and a mistake was made, at approx. 7:05pm on a Wednesday during dinner rush Panera Bread is out of bread.... so instead of letting a customer know so I might have adjusted my order, or the chance at a refund? Nope..... without any notification they gave me a bag of kettle cooked potato chips. Is that a thing potato chips and soup? Is a bag of chips the equivalent to a bread bowl? Sadly this isn’t the first occurrence.... Where was the customer or the service in this?
Very nice staff. Door dash delivery is hit or miss depending on door dash driver availability. Love the food and can't beat the coffee.
The service was amazing and fast. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, answered the questions I had. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom stocked, overall it was a wonderful experience!!!
The restaurant is very clean and there plenty of sitting available. The prices are a bit high but you do get quality food here. Staff are pretty friendly too. Overall I would recommend this place. I just wish the baguettes didn't always seem so stale but maybe that's just luck of the draw.
