GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATIONnNeeds negative stars. Got the new Charlie drink.. missing cinnamon, wrong lids, cashier wouldn't speak, breakfast sandwich was burnt, donuts were upside-down in the bag. Obviously none of the employees wanted to be there today.

Don’t waste your time going inside the store, they will just leave you stand there while waiting on drive-through customers. Heard one employee told the other employee there’s someone up front what do you want me to do wait on him or continue on drive-through and I stood there as they proceeded to wait on three more customers in drive-through before ever coming up and taking my order. I only went in because I wanted to purchase stuff on the gas station side as well but ended up just leaving. I often stop at either this one or the one on Jerry Dove however from now on I’ll just take my money to BFS across the street from both locations

Preordered 3 dozen donuts 2 days ahead of needing them. Live in marion county and when I went to pick up was informed that they were sold. They had name phone number and they where totally confused when I asked for them. I will not return to this one. They where in there own zone as if it didnt really matter.

Avoid this dunkin', they always mess up my order. Never have what they should and this morning they put whipped chocolate icing on my chocolate frosted donut instead of dipping it. The level of incompetence at this store is alarming. Someone should check on management to see if there is any.

Absolutely outstanding service from the drive thru menu to order pickup inside! Everyone is so pleasant and I just recently moved to the area and started getting my morning coffee and breakfast here so I was very please the past week or soo with not only the quality of food but how friendly the staff is!!!
