My box spring had broken within the first 2 years called the store it was purchased from they told me they couldn't find me in the system there was nothing they could do about it. So I dealt with it a few more years and contacted them online because my mattress started to indent, they exchanged my box springs and they're not the same. These ones sit very low, and due to me having 2 back surgeries it is harder for me to get up from the bed now. Also with the mattress they no longer sell that brand so I have to go through the mattress company. When you purchase from them they don't tell you things like this they just want you to buy their items.
