Store was ok and staff was nice enough, but not many wearing masks, including staff. At one point staff and some locals were complaining about Virginians like there was some rivalry I was supposed to get mad about. That was pretty funny. The overall ignorance of staff and enforcing customers to be safe makes me rate 2 stars though.
I had a return and it was a quick transaction. I like their variety of things products. The staff is always friendly.☺ufe0f
Very nice workers
Will never EVER go here again after hearing from multiple people that they refused an elderly woman with a weak bladder the use of their bathroom and called the cops on her, all because the manager was too lazy to unlock the bathroom or have a fellow employee do so! That’s ridiculous and y’all should be ashamed of yourselves!nnIf the manager can’t step away from the register then a procedure needs to be placed in case things like this! Or how about leaving the bathroom unlocked!nnY’all are named Family Dollar for goodness sakes! There’s nothing family about it. Your manager Missy is rude and unprofessional and I’ll be making sure to tell all my church and family to avoid this embarrassing establishment!
The price is very good but it's has the door full of sales items, no room in case of an emergency.
