Laura was extremely professional and friendly. She provided a hot stone massage and a foot scrub and did an excellent job! She made sure to give me exactly what I asked for and I felt great afterward! I will definitely return again if I’m ever in the Knoxville area.

I went there for Lash extensions. The girl did a great job and the table that I layed on was so comfortable. I was so relaxed and the procedure was pain free. She was prompt and on time and very friendly. Her price is very good too.

My sister went to this salon. They completely destroyed her hair the first time. She asked them to fix it and they made it worse. She then asked for a refund and after a 2 day process of trying to get ahold of the owner (who was the only one allowed to approve a refund), she was told no to the refund (including the part where she was overcharged). On top of all of this, the owner said she was being rude and hung up on her. I can guarantee that she was not being rude. She even had already fixed her own hair by the time this conversation occurred. The owner was completely unprofessional and unreasonable. I do not recommend anything about this place.

I made an appointment roughly two weeks before my appointment date. I told them exactly what I needed and wanted. The person that scheduled it said that it would take 3 hours. She scheduled it at 3:00PM on a Saturday. They close at 6:00PM.nI called to see which stylist would be doing my hair. I then looked through her work via FaceBook. I saw where she was posting to “DM” her for appointments or questions. So I did just that. I sent her a message addressing my concerns about it being a 3 hour appointment as I did not think that what I was requesting could be done in three hours and I did not want to waste time and money. I sent her what I wanted. She responded once saying that she could give me an estimate of the time and confirming that they did indeed, close at 6PM. She didn’t respond after the photos were sent to tell me if she thought it could be done in three hours or not...but she read my messages.nI then called to see if they were running on time for my appointment. I was informed that they changed my appointment to 3:30 (without telling me). So something I already was weary about having done in three hours was now cut down to two and a half hours.nnWho changes someone’s appointment time without even telling them? I also confirmed the appointment time several times via Facebook.nYet on their website they say they’ll keep your card on file and if you’re 15 minutes late they’ll charge you and cancel your appointment? But they can change it by 30 minutes no problem.
