We needed a new mattress, because ours was over 10 years old. While the prices of some of the big box store mattresses, and other online promotions were attractive, we knew we wanted to shop local and get the right fit. Kim was referred to me by a family member. I talked to her for a couple weeks, until we were able to make it into the store. She was very helpful, and the regional sales manager happened to be there to provide even more information. They put my husband on a bed-like machine that indicated his pressure points, and the proper for for him. (I could sleep on a rock, but he NEEDS the right fit.) Kim and Tim showed us the mattresses that would suit his needs, shared their information, and WALKED AWAY. They gave us plenty of space to discuss and lay around on beds to get a better feel for them. We made our determination, and bought the mattress cover that helps us ensure we can hold onto the 6 month satisfaction guarantee! Kim did a great job, and we will visit the store again to see the furniture and other items we may need for our new home!

Jen was amazing. She was helpful but not hovering and answered all of our questions. She was also personable and helped us take a lead out of a table to see it’s size with and without.nWe looked other places but came back because of the price/quality, but also because of Jen’s service.

Kim was our salesperson and was wonderful. I bought my mother a lift chair and she explained the features and benefits in terms I can understand. I feel we made the right choice...thanks to Kim! I’m going to see Kim for my next furniture purchase.

We were in search of a new comfortable couch and a mattress so we decided to go to Ashley Furniture to see what we could find. Our salesperson, Mary was very helpful as she listened to what we needed and wanted. She helped us find the perfect couch and mattress which was a hard feat since we both had very differing personal opinions on the mattress. We even found a coffee table we liked and we both left very happy.

Very happy to find the perfect couch for our family. Kim will be our go to sales person from now on! She bent over backwards helping us to get exactly what we wanted in the configuration we needed for our living room.. I Highly recommend shopping at Ashley furniture! Do yourself a favor and Ask for Kim!
