The facility has a marvelous staff. They are happy to answer and help the patients.
In and out , great staff
Probably one of the worst, most infuriating experiences I can recall having with VA have been with this clinic. The staff could care less about you and do not treat you like a human being suffering with medical issues. It is a poor excuse for a healthcare facility. The 5 star reviews on here must be from someone in HR trying to put makeup on a pig because I can not and will not ever say anything positive about our local WV VA healthcare. Thanks for nothing.
I've never had a problem with this clinic the staff is great and goes out of their way to help. I've been going there for 15 years and I'll continue to go there, my primary care team is top notch.
They always do everything they can to help you and are most always very kind and considerate, I say most because they are human and we all deserve a bad day without someone making it worse.
