Excellent!!! Beyond my expectations. Very decent hotel for the price. It's in an industrial/residential/ business busy area and literally next to the highway but relatively quiet. Sparkling clean. Customer service is perfect, everyone was nice and helpful. Requests were handled quickly. There was some noise in the hallway in the middle of the night--not the motel's fault and stopped 5 minutes after I called. No breakfast because of the covid-19 pandemic. I was in town for work and personal issues and they helped me manage my check-in and check-out and I used the shuttle bus too across street. Very happy I stayed there.

We were going to stay the night there, but the night staff lied to us about the room. He was rude to both my husband and myself. We got a look at the outside of the motel and it looked nasty. I can't comment on the inside of a room, though, because we were lied to about he availability of rooms.nnBoth my husband and I will not come to this place ever again after being treated so rudely.

Management are super nice and welcoming. Rooms are very clean per Covid19 regulations, and very comfortable and nicely decorated. Location is convenient. This was my second stay, and I will definitely be coming back. Great reasonable priced motel for visiting the center of Charleston WV. My only complaint would be the shower. It was very clean but took sometime to get hot water maybe the summer heat. It was nice and quiet. Better pillows would be nice. I missed not having access to a ice machine. Friendly staff. Overall it was very nice.

Very nice recently totally remodeled very clean. Busy town lots to do in the general area. If your looking for a place to get away for a weekend and curl up to a good book you found it or spend time away.
