This hotel is always accommodating and the Staff are always nice. the room is always the perfect temperature when I check in. There are so many conveniences located nearby. I choose to always stay here when traveling to Charleston.
I have stayed here for several weeks while working in the area. Very nice hotel, great staff, clean rooms, and great area. Longhorn and Rocas within walking distance, as well as Logan’s. Breakfast is grab and go due to the COVID regulations.nnThe staff really set this hotel apart from the others. Every ask I have is met with greater than expectations, and with cheerful people. The staff here seem like they are genuinely happy at take pride in their work.nn10/10 will continue staying here whenever I have business in the area.
Our card said, “Rest assured. Lisa (Clean Team).” Well, Lisa, we had to re-clean it. We first noticed water rings on the night stand. We thought that maybe she just missed those. Then, the seat of the toilet looked really questionable, and it had a hair stuck to it. We cleaned that, too. Not that we wanted to be this way, but by that time, we started inspecting everything. We found more things we had to clean after that. The one star you did get on here was because of Blake. He was at the desk. He was really nice.
It was very pleasably we loved the honeymoon suite especially the jacuzzi in the living room.. also very peaceful and the staff is wonderful everytime we visit with them. Thanks for having us Mr. & Mrs. Frye
