So nice to have a private room, everything was very clean and peaceful. Being new to the experience and unsure of what to expect, I felt very confident and in control of my session - being able to adjust the temp up and down in real time, adjust the color light halfway through the session to try something else, as well as play around with the entertainment options and volume controls. It all resulted in an excellent experience!
It was the ultimate socially distant sauna situation that I was looking for even pre-covid. It is quiet and very clean. The sauna rooms are comfortable and I really enjoyed the light combinations. I was able to get used to the temperature very easily and was even able to raise it on my first session. The 40 minutes was the perfect amount of time to leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and energized all in one. I am so happy I tried Perspire! I will definitely be back.
I love this place! They keep everything squeaky-clean and they are always ready for me when I come in at my scheduled time. This has become an important part of my wellness program.
Great staff! I like the forethought the management puts into my visits. She knows what I like and is happy to accommodate. The friendly staff, personalization and cleanliness of the experience is something that sets Perspire apart.
Great place! Everyone there was super nice and the sauna treatment was a god send for me. Will definitely be back.
